Want your child to be the true "star of the show"? Our Spotlight Celebration takes the stress out of party planning by giving you a professional theatre venue in Niagara on the Lake's Yellow Door Theatre, dedicated hosts, and world-class entertainment all in one "show-stopping" package!
The "Backstage" Details:
- Private Theatre Venue: 2 hours of exclusive use for your VIP guests.
- The Setup: We provide tables and chairs for the adults and a special kid-sized tables & chairs for up to 12 little stars.
- Your Party Crew: Two high-energy party hosts will be with you for the full 2 hours to keep things moving and lead 45 minutes of fun games and activities.
- The Special Guest: A character of your choice will make a 45-minute appearance, providing a full entertainment package (songs, stories, and more!).
- Intermission (Food & Cake): You have 30 minutes of dedicated time for food, cake, and gift opening.
Parent Perks:
We know everyone has their favorite treats, so we invite you to bring in your own food, drinks, and cake! We handle the entertainment and the hosting so you can sit back and enjoy the performance.

What Do You Need to Know?
There is a 50% booking fee due at the time of booking and our booking form and waiver will need to be filled out in full before confirmation is made. We can only hold a date for up to 48 hours without these items.The best way to get the ultimate value for your big day is to be prepared with the date, time, city and group size & age of the guests you require entertainment for. This helps us to create an experience that will maximize party satisfaction, but still provide options. Make sure to have this information ready when inquiring about services with us!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I pay a deposit?
Yes! We do require a non refundable deposit to hold your booking, and your date is not confirmed without that! This allows us to leave visit space for all families who wish to book. Deposits are non refundable (as we hold that spot just for you!). Deposits are paid by Etransfer to payments@partyperfectevents.ca, balance is due in full the Thursday before your event.
How far in advance should I book?
For the best availability we suggest booking 4-6 weeks in advance. We book up to 15 weeks for private events and up to 12 months in advance for corporate and community events. We do require a minimum of 7 days to ensure that all supplies are available for your special day. Please take care to consider holidays will fill up faster than others!
How do I book with you?
The fastest and easiest way to inquire about availability or to book with us is to fill out our online booking form found here. This will help us to determine if we can accommodate your event and make suggestions based on your needs. Kindly remember that your event is not fully booked until the booking form has been filled out, and your booking fee paid!
